Who is responsible

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you submit the reservation form. That form asks for:

• Your name (required)
• Your work email address (required)
• Your company (optional)
• Which package interests you, how many sensors, and when your project starts (optional)

When you submit the form, we also record the date and time of the submission and the IP address it came from. This is stored to protect the form against automated abuse.

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tools, or social media plugins. We do not build profiles and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Why we use it

We use what you submit for one purpose: to contact you about cMatriX availability, pricing and delivery, and to understand how much demand exists before manufacturing.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box. You can withdraw it at any time — see "Your rights" below. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew.

Where it is stored

Reservations are stored on our web server in Estonia, hosted by Zone Media OÜ. The file is kept outside the publicly accessible part of the server. A notification of each submission is also sent to our own mailbox at the same provider.

Your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

Who can see it

Only cMatriX. We do not sell, rent or share your data. Our hosting provider processes it on our behalf as part of running the server. If cMatriX later becomes a company or works with a distributor, this notice will be updated before anything changes.

How long we keep it

We keep your reservation until the first production batch has shipped and you have been contacted, and in any case no longer than 24 months from submission. After that it is deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie: a temporary session cookie used by the reservation form to prevent repeated automated submissions. It contains no personal information, is not used for tracking, and disappears when you close your browser. No other cookies are set.

Fonts

Typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. If you would rather avoid this, a browser extension that blocks third-party requests will prevent it; the site remains usable.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• Show you what data we hold about you
• Correct it if it is wrong
• Delete it
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Send it to you in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent

Write to info@cmatrixpro.com and we will respond within one month. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).

Changes

If this notice changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date.
